Prompt service and fulfilling requests. Comfortable.

Our room was not serviced as it should have been 1 morning. I let front desk know and it was fine after that. Pillows a little hard.

Attentive service, they provide a private parking and wifi. The hotel's location is exceptionally nice and incredible, near to over a dozen good restaurants in W-S. The place to order lunch relatively near the venue is Senor Bravo in and Out.

the rooms are nicely decorated and contemporary, with a mini bar, central heating and multi-channel television. the bed was great and the shower was elegant.

The Kimpton Cardinal Hotel exudes timeless elegance with its beautiful historic architecture, polished brass details, and inviting spaces. I appreciated the wide corridors and accessible amenities as a senior traveler.

Kimpton has a fantastic location, with a great atmosphere. The queen studio with two queen beds was really spacious and comfortable. We had the pleasure of meeting justin at catherine's bar, who provided excellent service. He went out of his way to check in on us.

Our family holiday at the hotel was fantastic. The luxurious atmosphere immediately welcomed us, and the spacious queen room provided all the comfort we hoped for. Service was great, especially from the staff at the bar.

The lobby had a persistent chill that permeated through other common areas, likely due to the constant opening of outside doors. My room lacked certain amenities, like a coffee pot, which I sorely missed, and some furnishings didn't provide the cozy appeal you'd expect for the price, notably the hard bed and pillows. Housekeeping missed a couple of requests , requiring follow-ups that felt inconvenient.

The Kimpton is an awesome spot for families like ours! Our kids loved the recreation area, where they could spend the day playing games like ping pong and pool. Plus, we easily explored the local restaurants nearby!

My children wanted more family-friendly snacks available in the room. Those pricey snack trays disappeared too quickly! A heads-up on that for other families would help.

Perfect for a group visit with fun amenities

First off, the rec room was very nice. Bowling, pool, ping pong, just a blast for a night with friends. We also enjoyed the clean, comfy, spacious rooms, plenty of room to relax after a long day.

It wasn't inexpensive, but for what you get, it's pretty reasonable.

Had a fantastic time with the fun rec room games and the delicious meal at the restaurant. The staff was helpful, especially the quick room service resolving our breakfast issue. Just wish the city view was better than looking at a building!

The bowling alley was so much fun 🎳, and the super nice team. Just a bit pricey for some food options, but it was worth it!

The unique historic charm impressed me, alongside the vibrant recreation areas. I did experience minor noise disturbances. It enhanced my American road trip experience!
